This AI Usage Policy governs the use of artificial intelligence features provided by ASKIABOT LIMITED through the AskiaBot platform. By using AskiaBot, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Purpose of the AI Service
AskiaBot provides AI-powered assistants trained on user-provided content to automate responses, improve access to information, and enhance user interactions. The AI system generates responses based solely on the data and instructions provided by the user.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The content you upload to the platform
- How the AI assistant is configured and deployed
- The use of AI-generated responses
ASKIABOT LIMITED does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of user-provided content.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use AskiaBot for:
- Illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent activities
- Generating or promoting hate speech, violence, harassment, or discrimination
- Providing medical, legal, or financial advice as a substitute for licensed professionals
- Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Misleading, deceptive, or malicious activities
- Attempting to bypass platform safeguards or security measures
ASKIABOT LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation.
4. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may:
- Be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
- Contain unintended errors
- Require human review before use in critical contexts
AskiaBot does not replace human judgment. Users must independently verify responses before relying on them for decision-making.
5. Ethical Use
Users are expected to deploy AI assistants responsibly, transparently, and ethically, particularly when interacting with end-users or customers. Misuse of AI technology may result in account suspension.
6. Data & Training
AskiaBot processes only the data explicitly provided by users. User content is not used to train global AI models beyond the scope of delivering the service.
7. Enforcement
ASKIABOT LIMITED may monitor usage to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination without notice.
