Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through AskiaBot.
1. Subscription Billing
AskiaBot subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All prices are displayed exclusive or inclusive of taxes as required by law.
2. Free Plan
AskiaBot offers a free plan for evaluation purposes. No payment is required to access the free plan.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied
4. Refund Policy
Unless required by law:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial periods
Refunds are not provided for:
- Unused time
- Account suspension due to policy violations
- Termination initiated by the user
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ASKIABOT LIMITED in exceptional circumstances (e.g., billing errors).
6. Enterprise Plans
Refund terms for Enterprise or custom plans may be defined in separate agreements.
7. Changes to Pricing
ASKIABOT LIMITED reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Changes will not affect the current billing period.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
