5. Subscription Plans & Payment

AskiaBot offers multiple subscription plans, including a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Free Plan

The free plan is provided for evaluation purposes and may include usage limits. ASKIABOT LIMITED reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

ASKIABOT LIMITED retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, and services. You retain ownership of the content you upload.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". ASKIABOT LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.
